This unit is a basement unit. Perfect for those who do not like the heat. This unit stays cool and comfortable. Yes, there are windows in the unit, so you do have sunlight. There is central heat and backup extra heating sources throughout the unit. This unit has a nice kitchen with full size refrigerator and range. Beautiful rustic cabinetry. Large L shaped sofa and large screen tv fill the living room. The bedroom is separated by beautifully handmade wooden double barn doors. In the bedroom there are two queen beds with all the comforts of home.

Mountain View Retreat, (unit 2), is a private unit. It has its own entrance with private keypad that only you have the code to. This unit does not share a space with anyone else. When you rent this unit, you are renting a private residential space just like a condo or an apartment. This is your home away from home. You are provided free parking just steps from your unit.

We are 420 Friendly, but we do not allow any smoking or vaping indoors. We have several nice, private area for you to sit and relax. If you would like to try some of our local products, just reach out and we will point you in the right direction. We aim to make your stay as chill as possible.
